A project to heal myself, to again accept myself, empower myself. A performative ritual art to showcase my unity of body/ sense of spirit. We are spiritual beings trying to be physical. Becoming an effigy to express my spiritual pursuit of a perfect body to reflect my spirit… one that is balanced from head to tow like a cardinal sign both upright and upside down at the same time. And also, giving thanks, recognizing the blessing.
